The result of a renovation project by a Vauchellois family, the building has now been restored to its former glory. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, a blend of classicism and modernity, just a stone’s throw from the Baie de Somme. The manager explains how Echappée en Baie came about: “I had been looking for an intimate property close to the Baie de Somme, which I love so much, for two years. I fell in love with the house on my first visit, as it had incredible character and charm! I immediately felt the soul of the house. For me, the name of the hotel is a good definition of an escape into the Bay, as well as an intimate and sober refuge.”
